Villa Compass, luxury villa in La Cala Golf Resort, Spain

A luxurious 5 bedroom villa enjoying fantastic golf course and sea views, in the peaceful surroundings of La Cala Golf Resort.  The resort offers a luxury 5-star hotel and clubhouse with tennis courts and a beauty spa as well as three 18-hole golf courses.  For very large families, we can also offer a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment nearby.  The villa is fully air conditioned and each room has it’s own controls for air conditioning.

Electric entrance gates give access to off-road parking area.  The entrance door opens into a spacious cool hall with stairs leading up to the bedrooms as well as down to the basement and gives open plan access to the living accommodation.  There is a bedroom and cloakroom on this level.  The well equipped, modern kitchen enjoys views across the valley and up to the mountains of Mijas.  It is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and central breakfast bar/work surface.  There is a washing machine in the adjacent utility room. Outside can be found the large swimming pool and seperate jacuzzi, barbacue area, sun terrace and covered dining terrace and pretty gardens with a grassed area for small children to play.

Two steps from the entrance hall lead up from the kitchen to the dining room which also enjoys the same views as the kitchen but also looks out towards the sea and over the pool area.  French doors give access to the covered terrace.  The leather covered seats can sit 10 around the large wooden table.  A step down takes you to the spacious living area with large comfortable sofas, built-in flat screen satellite television, DVD player, CD player and music system with surround sound speakers.  French doors lead out to the covered terrace with views across the pool area. And a step down from the living area takes you back to the entrance hall. Stairs from the entrance hall lead down into the basement where there is a very spacious room with kitchen area, shower room and guest cloakroom. The room can be used as a play room or sixth bedroom. The management company would be happy to hire two extra beds.

Stairs give access to the first floor on which there are 4 bedrooms, all of which enjoy the beautiful views, as do most of the bathrooms.  Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.  The master bedroom suite is extremely spacious and has panoramic views from the sliding doors that lead to a small balcony. The dressing room has French doors leading to a spacious terrace with majestic views out to sea and over the pool.  The en-suite bathroom has a full bath and separate shower.  Bedroom 4 also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.  Bedroom 5 has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
